This Privacy Policy explains how FlyON, operated by Alka Digital ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and subscription service.

  • Domain registrars when you ask us to register a domain on your behalf.

Sources and purposes

We collect this information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Service, and from our service providers (payment processor, hosting, email delivery). We use it for the purposes described in Section 2 above.

No sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Sensitive personal information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require offering you a right to limit such use under the CPRA.

Your California rights

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Right to access a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
  • Right to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.

How to exercise your rights

California residents can submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing privacy@tryflyon.com. We will verify your identity using information already on file (such as your account email). You may also use an authorized agent; we will require proof of authorization.

We will respond within 45 days, with a one-time extension of up to 45 additional days if reasonably necessary. There is no charge for exercising your rights.

"Shine the Light" (California Civil Code § 1798.83)

California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the client portal or by email.
